WORKSHOP

No strings attached works on the creation of choreographic motifs between performer and the object/puppet. By using the body of the dancer as landscape for the puppet/object, this space is explored to inspire intuition and creativity.

Partnering the object is about awareness of the physicality of an inanimate object, about awareness of the physicality of the performer, focus, precision and coordination.

COACHING

In februari van dit jaar coachte Duda Paiva theatermaker Niels Brandaan Cotterink in eén van zijn onderzoeken naar een eigen theatertaal. Het resultaat van dit proces Naderbij wordt op 3 mei gepresenteerd in KORZO5HOOG als onderdeel van een weekend met focus op de cross over moderne dans en poppenspel. Naast Naderbij wordt ook Birds, het resultaat van een workshop van Duda Paiva aan studenten van de School for New Dance Development. Birds wordt gespeeld door Javier Murugarren en Andre Mello.
