THIS SEASON’S LAST PERFORMANCES
!! Young Critics Jury of the Bainialuka Festival decided to award DudaPaiva Company from the Netherlands - for theatrical language in Malediction.
The 25th of May Malediction is part of the Banialuka Festiwal in Bielsko Biala, Poland and on the 5th of June of the Tallinn Treff Festival 2010 in Tallinn, Estonia. And last but not least on the 24th of June Cloud, with guest performer Yaser Khaseb from Iran, as part of the Dutch International Puppet Festival in Dordrecht.

The coming weeks DUDAPAIVA COMPANY is visting 4 festivals. On March 21 Morningstar is opening the International Puppet Festival in Istanbul. From March 24 to April 6 Angel is attending the South African festival Out of the Box in Cape Town and the Klein Karoo National Arts Festival in Oudtshoorn. In Cape Town and Oudtshoorn Duda Paiva is also giving the workshop, No Strings Attached. And on April 9 Angel goes on to Barcelona for DansaT!.
February 2010 THE SLOVENAIN VERSION OF LOVE DOLLS NOW IN TOUR IN HOLLAND IN UTECHT - DEN HAAG - AMSTERDAM , Pop Arts, a new international puppet and object theatre festival in Amsterdam.
The new festival Pop Arts demonstrates the most recent developments in the field of puppet and object theatre. For this theatre makers is combining their manipulation skills with other disciplines as modern dance, theatre, visual arts, mime and music the major challenge. Here, the actors do no longer disappear behind their puppets, but demonstratively join their extraordinary creatures on stage
The festival is organized by three Amsterdam theatres, Theater Bellevue, Ostadetheater and youth theatre De Krakeling and takes place from 18 – 28 of February.
DUDAPAIVA COMPANY pops in the festival with Angel, the festival lunch performance and Love Dolls with the Lutkovno gledališče Ljubljana on February 24 and 25.

January 2010 IMAGINALE 2010 Stuttgart and Mannheim DE
On sunday 31 January and wednesday 3 February the company presents Malediction in the visual festival Imaginale in Germany. On the 31st at 20 hrs in JES - Stuttgart and on the 3th in the Alte Feuer Wache in Mannheim. During the days between the two performances Duda Paiva is giving a 2-days workshop to dance and thwatre students. For more information go to Imaginale
DECEMBER 2009
The last performances of Malediction in 2009 are in Centro ZO, Catania [ IT] on 18,19 and 20 December. This tour is organized by Teatro Stabile and Gesti Contemporanei. For more information look at www.gesti.org and www.teatrostabilecatania.it
In the beginning of December Duda Paiva and Yaser Khaseb from Iran finished their collaboration project for the festival Dancing on the Edge 2009: CLOUD.
