A cautionary tale about jealousy, desire and paying the rent on time!

Façade is the first production made by DUDAPAIVA COMPANY in collaboration with an international partner, Bialystok Teatr Lalek from Poland. The production had its premiere on the 13th of April 2007 in Bialystok.

Together with 10 Polish actors, Augusta Valença, Mischa van Dullemen and Duda Paiva created a black comedy around the life of the people behind the façade of a ordinary house.

In February 2008 the performance had a tour in Holland. At this moment Façade is still on the repertoire of the BTL and has attended with success theatres and festivals in Poland and other European cities as Kiev, Moscow, Torun and Warsaw.

The production is financed by the NFPK+, the city of Bialystok and the Polish Embassy.
